I've dissolved harmalas in vodka right before. It requires a little bit more time with the h2o articles to evap but it really does perform a LOT better than IPA.I might think about either, but dried would soak up the liquid, Therefore having the alkaloids permeate the herbs, in addition to I'd picture it might evap quicker if dried.onto which a cop
